This bag would 5 Star, except for two things:
1) My 17" laptop fits great, by width, but I can't zip it shut, even with the battery out. It would be the s*&t if it was 2" deeper.
2) The outer pocket flap, that the MOLLE pockets are attached to aren't sealed well inside the top of the flap. The thin nylon lining has completely come off the seam at the zipper, allowing for another "pocket" into the styrofoam pads in the flap!
Now, outside these two issues, this bag is awesome. The MOLLE pockets are very versatile. The adjustable side velcro straps (3/side) are awesome and easy to adjust for load, or hold a Nalgene bottle. It's also very easy to secure to shoulder strap buckle via 'biner to Nalgene. The shoulder suspension system is the best I've found yet. I abuse the hell outta my bags with heavy loads and this bag has stood up amazingly well.
