Orders under $150 and orders of any size shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & APO addresses are shipped at a reasonable price.
In most cases, orders will ship via UPS. We do ship to APO's via US Priority Mail.

We are also happy to ship to any US Military Base Overseas. We cannot ship overseas if you are not a member of the US Military.
With much regret, we are unable to ship to PO boxes within the United States.

Purchase with complete confidence - we have your back!

If you're not happy, you get your money for the item(s) back. And we pay for return shipping.

Here's the deal. You get your order and within 30 days you decide that:

  • The item is smaller or bigger than you thought it would be
  • The item is not what's expected
  • Your spouse is going to be upset because you spent all this money
  • You changed your mind
No problem! Contact us and let us know what's up. We will send a prepaid shipping label for you to return your order.

Once we get your order back and have verified that the item or items are in:

  • Brand new & unused condition
  • With original tags
  • Being returned within 30 days of receiving the order
You get your money back. Whatever you paid for the item.

Now do you get your original shipping fees back? Come on! You're a reasonable person. You know we can't refund that. We'll still refund the price of the item though. And you won't pay to ship it back to us. Props and kudos to us for that!

All we ask is that you work with us on 2 things:

1. Give us a clear reason for why you want to make the return (we will use the feedback you give us to decide whether to carry that item anymore)

2. Be understanding that orders over $200 will incur a 15% restocking fee

Of course we cannot offer any returns or exchanges on custom items - such as bags with embroidery or silkscreening or special order items that we do not stock. We still have your back but we're not doormats! :)

Now what if you bypassed this whole process and just returned something without contacting us? Well if it's within 30 days of your purchase & the item is brand new with tags, we'll work with you on refunding the item cost. But you missed out on your prepaid shipping label. You snooze you lose!

Also, if at any point we feel you are abusing our generous return policy with excessive returns, we will have no choice but to recommend that you purchase from a retail store where you can see, touch and feel the bag versus an online retailer like us. We do expect you to do a reasonable amount of due diligence before making your purchase to avoid excessive returns.

We want to make your return or exchange as easy as possible.

Finally - if you used a promo code on your order & your return causes you to no longer qualify for the promo code - the discount you received will be deducted from your refund.
